Wall Street investors have lost

Wall Street investors have lost seven trillion dollars since 2000.
Yes, this is completely ridiculous. The 1.4 billion dollars in fines these banks recieved was too little. It is only a fraction of the damage they did—and they are worth hundreds of billions themselves. In the New York Times Magazine MCain was asked what he thought should be done about Ken Lay. He said, “Well, I think we should let the courts decide and then hang him.“
