“Gordon, Wearing His Red Jacket, Slips on the Subway and Gets Blogged,” by Jeffrey Yamaguchi from

;I don’t know what made me do it, but today, on the subway, I tripped some guy, just this random guy wearing a red jacket. My foot just jutted out like someone else was controlling it, and this guy went a tumbling. I think he was too embarrassed to look back. I just kept my eyes in my book and hoped to God I didn’t get caught. Damn! What a rush! (Source Link)
Fascinating. I’d done some speculating about a hypothetical weblog-novel, but I don’t think I’d considered how the blog as form might be used in a short story. Especially intriguing that the form is used here not as the timeline of a single point of view, but as a way to encapsulate several.
