A churn rate, in the case of subscrip

A churn rate, in the case of subscription-based services, is the number of participants who discontinue their memberships divided by the average number of total participants. Churn itelf represents the number of people who discontinue service and resubscribe, or switch to a different plan, with the same or a different provider.
As tasty and nutritious as “chum” is, it makes nasty butter when you “churn” it.
