  • What’s wrong with a lower back tattoo on a female?  Especially an adult woman?
    It is a piece of art.  It is not ostenstacious.  It is private.  Not all tattoo’s are meant to be shown.  Some have private meaning, and, need to be kept private!
    A tattoo always has meaning to the person getting it.  It is not always a way to gain attention!  Grow up!  Karen
