Re the 1994 citation: The Barmuda Triangle in Athens, Georgia, has grown beyond Lumpkin Street and now extends all the way to the courthouse. Instead of a cozy neighborhood of three bars it’s now a sprawl of dozens. No Student Left Thirsty.
