It's true. The day before yesterday my next door neighbor mad-dogged me for five full minutes. I was backing my car out of the driveway when he approached me and began staring. As I drove down the street he turned and continued to stare at me. I stopped my car and watched him in the rear view mirror, keeping tabs on the time. It was five full minutes before he was distracted and got something out of his truck. He works for the post office.

This man has refused to speak with me or my roommate for three years now, ever since he and two other neighbors began the famed Parking Wars. The reason? My roommate wrote him a polite note, asking him to be more considerate. Two years ago he took me to court to get a restraining order against me for dubious reasons. The order was rejected and tossed out of court. He has never gotten over that.

So now he mad-dogs me.
