Catchword for “jade berg”
Catchword: jade berg
Part of speechn.
The part of speech reflects that used in the full entry, and not necessarily the part of speech as it is used in the quotation below.
Quotation: There’s one berg, quite small and grounded only a short distance from the hut that really takes the cake. Called the “Jade Berg’ by most of us it has a varied and unusual colouring. Most of it is this rich translucent green but there are chunks of smoky brown (due to the presence of mud and stones), opaque bottle greens and delicate grey-greens interspersed. The effect, especially with the tracery of snow decorating it is startling. It’s the first really green berg I’ve seen, although there are supposed to be some up around Colbeck, about 80 kilometres to the west of Mawson.

Keep in mind that we're interested in terms that are not well-covered in mainstream dictionaries, or not covered at all. A mass of unexamined Google hits counts for nothing, but an early use of the term you've found in a book or periodical is very useful. A term does not have to be new to be recorded here, it merely needs to be worthy of more attention.
