They run the road around with a— Senator McClure. Oh, you mean the designation of boundaries. Secretary Andrus. Yes. Senator McCLure. Obviously, if there is a road, how can you cherry-stem that in order to get 5,000 acres?…Secretary Andrus. I have not been a proponent of cherry-stemming myself, but it does go on. But our definition of roads used by a rancher is pretty broad, where they’re going out to even maintain a water trough and it has been done in a mechanical way.
